A’s Vision Is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that was founded in 2019. Our mission is to give back to the next generation by providing them with mentorship and critical life skills, that will put them on track to live successful, responsible lives. Our driver's license program is the foundation of our organization. We know that obtaining a driver's license is one step in becoming a mature responsible adult, also in today's world it can be hard to pursue a career or entrepreneurship without it. We also focus on Financial Fundamentals, workforce development and Violence Prevention. Whatever it takes to build a better community for the future! A’s Vision is also here to share experiences, give advice, and most importantly LISTEN to our youth.

Aaron Wade
A’s Vision was founded in 2019 by Aaron Wade after the sudden death of his only son Aaron “lil A” Wade jr, when he was just 18 years old. Aaron raised his family on the Southside of Pittsburgh where he also grew up. Growing up Aaron experienced many run ins with the law for driving without a valid license which affected him well into his adulthood. Realizing the importance of having a valid drivers license and taking the time to do things the right way, Aaron was adamant about lil A getting his drivers license when he was old enough. The good times, confidence and happiness Aaron witnessed on lil A’s face when he received his drivers license at 17 years old is something he will never forget. After Lil A’s passing Aaron wanted to bring this same feeling to other teens that may not have access or the opportunity to have driving lessons. Aaron has been in the transportation industry for over 12 years and has made a living as a cdl driver. Since its birth A’s Vision has given over 50 students driving lessons, they have also provided financial fundamentals classes and opened savings accounts for many teens all over the city. A’s Vision takes pride in participating in many Violence Prevention movements in the city of Pittsburgh as well. All our programming is ran by professionals who are dedicated to creating a better future for our next generation!!
Meet the Team
Wendell Wade is a graduate of Norfolk State University and the Vice President/ Branch manager of PNC Bank. His knowledge of finances and personal portfolio of Real estate makes him the perfect person to lead our financial fundamentals class, but his genuine passion to spread his knowledge to the next generation is his biggest asset to our organization.
Melissa is a certified drivers license examiner and a dedicated member of our organization. Her genuine passion for helping the youth is what makes her an asset to our community. Melissa leads our drivers education program.
Dorian is a Senior iOS Engineer, Inventor, and Quantum Philosopher with experience in Wall Street technology. He oversees the technology and website, leveraging his expertise to drive innovation and impact.
Chanelle is a Quality Management Specialist with CCBH, Certified Suicide Prevention and Mental Health First Aid Trainer and a visionary for our future. She leads our Get it off your Chest Program.
